 Thilina, I see that the problem is incorrect patch.
Please write what exactly images did you changed and share replacement images so I can try to do the same and see what's causing that error.

dajumper, you are doing something wrong. How it could be that there only new icons in the file, but old are 'magically' showing, are they taken from nowhere? =)

 Kitten85 Can't u extract from the patch created by 2.5 Alpha 7 with old IMG tool version ?
because now I don't have them in pc and new IMGtool don't let me open patch and extract icons

Even after re-installing the program & loading program after 1st time(2nd time) gives this error :-(
This program does not support windows 7 ?

 Thilina, change way to save, for example: c:\\folder\
save in root folder is impossible for this program on OS Vista or Seven
