 Ну это я понял, у меня не стоят галочки в пунктах Enable и Enable bouncing, а плавный скрол и прыжки значков остаются...

 Peti can you add new more options to configure elf???
i think that a the new version the bar can hide and show while press a key, that do the stardock objectdock (a sidebar in windows vista and xp)

and i have some bugs.
i select that the icons don`t move in the bcfg, but they are jumping always

2) my phone reboot again( elf need new function?!audiocontrol new?
