 I guess it won't fit BookManager's intentions. It's a Manager for Books and not a file browser ;-) But you can use on of the many mods which have this feature.

 I didn't want do discuss about any mods. Sorry. And I never had the intention to post any mods. Just wanted to say that the user has to look somewhere else for the features he wants.
