а при начатии на кнопку выкл.тела,моргает,тухнет,опять моргает

У меня такая же проблема, по твоему совету выключал [USE_TURN_OFF]: 0x00; всё равно не помогает, затем поменял кнопку [TURN_OFF_KEY]: 0x01; ничего не помогает, и начинает моргать не только при нажатии кнопки выключения, но и как попало.
