всё разобрался работает. Посмотрел на Эльф а он весил 0кб . Видимо ошибка произошла при копировании на телефон . =)

I don't know what do you mean. In manual equalizer you've got six bands, play with standard 5, and play with extra-column (clearbass), you will hear the difference. Then press "select". You will go back to the player, that's all.

 Saving presets is finished. Restoring is possible too. But I need entrypoint for create one more patch (I need to pin somewhere, when phone starts playing music).
