Bogodar, я как не странно смог найти твой город... просто оставь графу страны пустой... (вот только в файле который он скачивает есть только шапка, содержимое прогноза отсутствует...) Spoiler: | |

Bogodar, у меня такой же случай, файлы для больших городов: Уфа и Челябинск скачались с информацией о погоде, а брал 2-а маленьких близ стоящих города так в файлах скачиваемых только шапка, и большой "-" то что нет моего города в базе данных информера | |
