 May be not? Because i've used Indication of Call 2.08 and it hasn't reboots (but it's using this functions)

Only the vibration times can differ, try changing them. ;-)

2. как ставить.
...скачать, папку с картинками "DeskBar" - в Other/ZBin/Config на телефоне.
