i think in edit skin add a 4 tabb that will be edit items of skin

I'd show debug screenshots if I had any. :-D
The bar can have items that pop up a new bar, like the main was horizontal, then a vertical one pops up and it can have like 2-3 items.

Nice. But i think the main target is to optimise elf. Because i still have lag when it's on. Java is loading up to 3 times longer on my K800.

could you make that the bar is above the statusbar or softkeybar?
for the moment, icons are hided by these bars :-(
