This is a Elf to auto call your another phone when SIM card would be changed , or call the Long-distance Num Punishment the Rogue, or call the police ;-)

You can remote control your phone use other phone, control it shutton or lock

Проще говоря, противоугонка. При смене сим-карты позвонит на назначенный в конфиге телефон.
