Festival Show

An elf to show festival and someone's birthday on standby.

the festival must be setted in ini file and the ini file must use UTF8 encoding. I
think it support all language to show.

But some festival can not be setted in ini file. like Father's Day is on the third sunday of June in my country,it can not be setted to a fix day. So it must be add in source code, if you want you can pm me and tell me the Date of festival in your country, and i will add it.

Вот по-русски:

Эльф, показывающий праздники или дни рождения в Стендбае.
Событие должно быть указано в ini файле, и ini файл должен быть закодирован в UTF8. Я думаю, что есть поддержка всех языков.
Но некоторые праздники не могут быть указаны в ini файле.
(Далее я немного не понял, поправьте)
Третье воскресенье июля - праздник отцов в моей стране и вместо этого нельзя добавить что-то своё
Если Вы хотите, чтобы я указал в исходниках Ваш праздник, то сообщите на днях мне об этом

A BCFG version would be better. This ELF reminds me the discontinued R.I.E (Reminder of Important Events) ELF. Such a great elf btw !!!

Such a great elf btw !!! i ever tried to use a bcfg file. but it is too large if we use bcfg file to set the festival. and i think ini file is more convenient than bcfg file in this ELF.
