Надоели мне ночные смс, после которых тел начинает напоминать...

Основные изменения:
- убран флаг PRE_TIME. Вместо него используется значение флага TIME
- флаги теперь без квадратных скобок
- Добавлены флаги для установки часа прекращения и возобновления напоминаний (ночной режим). Напоминания диодами при этом продолжаются.
- занчениe TIME указывается в секундах
