SE-lifestyle Flash Menu Picker (v1.0)

(1) Introduction
This is an elf that looks pretty simple, all it does is changing the flash menu your phone uses (though it was relatively hard to make it, many errors on the phone while not on PC). This of course means that only flash-capable phones are supported.

(2) Features
* It can change the current theme to use any of the available flash menus.
* It can edit any theme on the phone the same way (then it asks you if you want to set the theme).
* You can browse flash menus.

(3) Configuration
This elf has a bcfg, even though you may think it's not necessary. That has two options:
* Flash menus path: it's set to the default path in /tpa, but if you have a patch to move this directory like I do, you must edit this accordingly.
* New theme name suffix: when you edit a theme, it does not get overwritten, this suffix gets added to its name (like Walkman.thm -> Walkman_SE-lifestyle_FMP.thm by default).
