In 0.9.6 when returning to standby mode, it takes some time (about 1 sec.) before the original date is changed by that set by elf.
Phone - w810. I used elf without any patches.

It would be nice, if it was possible to change several labels at once by one elf. For example - to set time and day name on the time location and date - to operator line, etc..
And ini contained not ready patterns, but user could write them himself. Like this:
[TIME_LOCATION]: HH ':' MM ' ' DAY_FULL;
[OPERATOR_1]: MONTH_NAME DATE ', ' YEAR_4;

So that sample will set for example '17:50 Monday' on the time location and 'March 26, 2008' on first op line.
Such ini structure will be more flexible.

But still I like your elf, good job!! Thanks!

Yes, I would also like to have it that easy way, however, that is not as easy at it may seem to program in C, so I have to keep this as it is.

all function in file daydis.ini work in W850. Elf with my .bin file work perfectly in W850.

Wow, looks great. Which [SCREEN_LOCATION] value did you use to place it there? Is this in place of time?

Have you tested v0.9.7-dev attached above, regarding your last post?

I now use tested elf v.0.9.7-dev. Before with elf v. 0.9.6 elf me work too.

created a K800_R8BF003.bin and also attached the code itself in the package below...

The original date is still visible, though the interval got shorter, and sometimes it's even almost unnoticeable ))))
