ON TEST:
1. Added base functions to Plugins. Still very unstable. May crash unexpectedly.
2. Added Merged VKP Source file feature: Application compiles preodered VKP File to process merging or upload to PatchDB for analysis and further processing in online mode.

Known issues:
1. The CMD running with default parameters works only if in program path is not space ( caret ) symbols
2. SEDEV Help System may not load correct help page due security restricitions and settings in post-Windows 2000 OSes
3. URL Detection is active only after actual text editing. Needs API fix or Workaround.
4. UPDATE feature may not work. If you want it, please send PM and I will upload previous version.

TODO ( on 10 Apr, 2011 GMT +1h ):
1. Implement "Whats new?" page on startup;
2. fully implement Timer countdown in caption of Update window;
3. add additional PE data for Preview Area file information in linked mode;
4. fix graphical bug with Preview Area Mode Tabs;
