Hi,
I am currently struggling with porting dyn_const value from db2020 to C901 R1GA028.
It would be nice to have "CAMERA_APPLICATION_START_EVENT" (0x1BF) for elf programming.
I looked at Den po's "Rule of thirds" src and saw he found a way to check for camera without timer.
I searched nearly every A2 dyn_const.bin and in none is the requested event.
Is it even possible to port "CAMERA_APPLICATION_START_EVENT" to A2?

I gave it a shot but failed (I am no good in assambler, just started porting).
I retreived everything I need from k800 firmware and c901 to port constant (look attached pic)
If I enter the retreived value in DYN_CONST.bin, it is not working properly anymore.

value ported: 0x5E4 (k800) -> 0xF4D (C901) [wrong!]

What struggles my mind is that the function "evtl_intCamera_default" (in db2020), is slightly different than "evtl_Camera_default" in A2

Can sb. point me the right way?

Well, that's odd
instead of just moving me, you could have given me a short answer to my question ;)
after all this topic should have concerned you too, as you have chosen another way apart from using timers.
So what about that constant?

@ den_po: please move topic back to a section in which people are actually looking into...
e.g. elf section, where I originally created it. Otherwise I will open a new thread (- I really want to avoid that!)
